Job Summary
To support client service teams in the international trade sector, the full-time Certified Customs Specialist Analyst will manage client relationships, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain tariff databases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and carriers, providing day-to-day support
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements and manage the accurate release and rating of shipments
- Create and maintain the client tariff database, ensuring all information is current and accurate for efficient processing
Required qualifications
- 3 years of related experience in customs or international trade
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or post-secondary education is preferred
- Working towards or completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required
- Strong knowledge of customs processes and compliance regulations
- Ability to manage large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines
