Job Summary
To support client service teams in the international trade sector, the full-time remote Certified Customs Specialist Analyst will manage client relationships, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain accurate tariff databases while facilitating the release and entry summary processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain direct working relationships with clients and carriers, providing day-to-day support
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements and Livingston standards for release conditions while managing client tariff databases
- Conduct internal audits and assist in compiling performance measurement statistics for the Client Service Team
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of related experience in customs or trade compliance
- High School diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Working towards or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation is required
- Strong knowledge of customs documentation and compliance processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
