Certified Datacenter Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Certified Datacenter Engineer will interface with operations and third-party data center vendors to perform site surveys and manage data entry related to power, space, and cabling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to gather critical site-specific data on power, space, and patch panels
• Input and manage data using client tools such as 1PSC, Space Planner, and CND
• Perform updates for Move/Add/Change/Delete requests related to data management

Required qualifications

• Background in data center space, power, and cabling
• Proficiency in CAD and Visio
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Certification as a Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)
