Job Summary

To support clients on their journey to financial freedom, the remote Inside Sales Representative will assess individual financial situations and provide tailored debt consolidation options, earning the title of Certified Debt Specialist through a rigorous certification program.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customers' financial situations and guide them towards appropriate debt consolidation solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients while ensuring compliance with all sales transactions
• Work in a fast-paced environment to exceed sales quotas without cold calling, as all leads are pre-qualified

Required qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required
• Experience in financial services is a plus
• Motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed quotas
