Certified Denial Recovery Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Certified Denial Recovery Analyst will manage clinical denials, optimize reimbursement processes, and lead initiatives to enhance coding accuracy and denial management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages clinical denials from assigned work queues, including claim resubmissions and appeals
• Analyzes denial trends and collaborates with Managed Care and payers to improve reimbursement outcomes
• Educates departments on coding practices and implements strategies for denial prevention and revenue cycle improvement

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One of the following coding certifications required: CPC, COC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS
• 1-2 years of coding experience, with additional experience in denial management and/or insurance-related roles
