Certified Diabetes Educator Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer engagement and retention, the full-time remote Clinical Retention Specialist will provide education and support to patients and healthcare providers regarding Omnipod products, ensuring optimal diabetes management and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver education and training on Omnipod products to customers and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries and promoting effective diabetes management
• Initiate communication with customers to assess satisfaction, troubleshoot concerns, and ensure they maximize the benefits of Omnipod products
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and analyze data to identify trends that inform retention strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience training and managing insulin pump patients
• Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification required
• Experience working directly with healthcare providers in a diabetes setting
• Current certification in Omnipod Product Training
• Must reside within the assigned geography: MI, IN, WI, IL, OH, MN, IA, SD, ND
