Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician Documentation Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze coder communication and reports for trends
• Review medical records to identify gaps in clinical documentation
• Maintain knowledge of EHR/EMR capabilities and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RHIT, RHIA, CPC, CCS-P, or other job-related accreditation required
• At least one year of coding experience or equivalent training/education
• Demonstrated knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations
