Certified Doula (Remote)

Job Summary

Supporting pregnant patients and new moms remotely, the contract Certified Doula (Remote) will act as a virtual health coach, providing both individual and group education throughout the pregnancy and postpartum journey.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols weekly
• Ensure patient engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
• Monitor adherence to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, or CAPPA certified; registration in state-owned Medicaid system is a plus
• Experience with web and mobile technologies
• Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Telehealth experience is a plus
