Certified Educational Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site coaching for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators
• Create and provide campus or district-specific resources and feedback to coachees
• Participate in planning and professional development meetings three times a year

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a teacher, instructional coach, or educational leader
• Strong understanding of best practices and systems thinking in education
• Ability to travel nationally, including overnight trips
• Willingness to work a range of 75-140 days per academic year
• Familiarity with coaching models and tools, specifically the eGROWE coaching model
