Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Epic Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications
• Manage small projects related to applications and collaborate with stakeholders for problem resolution
• Document workflow changes and maintain necessary certifications while participating in training development

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field
• Two years of work experience in a similar role
• Certification in at least one Epic module, preferably EpicCare Ambulatory
• Ability to operate IT equipment and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting or standing
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for lack of education upon supervisory approval
