Job Summary

Seeking a Certified Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst for a contract position that offers a fully remote work environment, where the analyst will manage Epic Hospital Billing and Claims, translate user requirements, and support application incidents.

Key responsibilities:

• Work on Epic Hospital Billing and claims, including contract configuration changes and software upgrades
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications and serve as a subject matter expert for team members
• Analyze workflows and provide support for application incidents, ensuring adherence to industry standards

Required qualifications:

• Active certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with Epic software
• 5+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge, including billing and denial management
• 5+ years of Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in relevant applications
• 5+ years of knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques
