Job Summary

To support a growing equity program, the full-time remote Global Equity Manager will own the administration of global equity incentive plans, establish operating standards, and ensure compliance while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of global equity incentive plans, overseeing new awards and lifecycle events across jurisdictions
  • Develop and execute procedures and controls affecting equity operations, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
  • Act as the senior point of contact for complex equity questions, influencing stakeholders and providing guidance on equity practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of related equity/stock plan administration experience, or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum 5+ years administering global equity programs at a multinational publicly traded U.S. company
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) in good standing
  • Hands-on expertise with Shareworks and the Morgan Stanley at Work suite is strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of Section 16 filings, SOX controls, and global equity tax matters
