Job Summary

Leading the stock plan administration team, the remote Certified Equity Professional Director will oversee global equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal and tax regulations while enhancing participant support and education initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of global equity plans and programs, including RSUs, PSUs, and ESPP
  • Lead and develop the stock plan administration team to ensure excellence in service delivery
  • Serve as the senior equity expert, advising internal stakeholders on compliance and reporting requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in stock plan administration at a global public company
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation
  • Experience with SEC reporting and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in managing equity administration systems and scaled global equity plans
