A company is looking for a Financial Counselor III to provide financial guidance and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review insurance coverage and assist patients with payment arrangements and financial aid applications
• Monitor and maintain patient financial status, ensuring compliance with department standards
• Supervise daily operations and coach team members to enhance performance and quality compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree required
• 5 or more years of experience in Patient Access, healthcare, or billing required
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) required within 180 days of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other required applications
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
