Job Summary

To expand personal finance offerings in Poland, the part-time Personal Finance Coach will develop localized content, innovate products and services, and provide financial education through workshops and one-on-one meetings, all while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize content for the Polish market, identifying gaps in personal finance topics
• Innovate and create new products and services while leveraging technology
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to enhance individuals' financial habits and behaviors

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification or EFPA European Financial Planner (EFP) accreditation
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning aspects relevant to Poland, including money management and retirement
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Experience in utilizing technology to deliver financial information effectively
• Strong public speaking skills and a compassionate coaching approach
