Job Summary

As a Senior Lead Financial Planner, the full-time remote position will manage financial planning for members aged 55+, conducting virtual strategy sessions and providing comprehensive planning services focused on retirement transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 4-6 virtual strategy sessions daily, translating complex financial concepts into actionable plans
• Oversee the entire planning lifecycle, including cash flow management, tax strategies, and risk management
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients in a remote environment, ensuring an elite client experience

Required qualifications

• CFP designation required
• 15+ years of member-facing financial planning experience, particularly in pre-retirement and retirement planning
• Exceptional time and calendar management skills
• Flexibility to accommodate member meetings during evenings twice a week
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn in-house software tools
