Job Summary

To support a growing financial coaching initiative, the part-time Personal Finance Coach - Uruguay will develop localized content, facilitate workshops, and contribute to product innovation while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Localize and develop personal finance content tailored to the Uruguayan market
• Facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one-on-one meetings to enhance financial habits and behaviors
• Lead product development and innovation efforts to improve existing services and create new offerings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning topics relevant to Uruguay, including money management and retirement
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience in leveraging technology for effective information delivery
• Strong coaching skills with the ability to adapt approaches based on individual needs
