Job Summary
Seeking a Certified Fleet Manager (Germany), the full-time Business Administrator will oversee fleet management, procurement, and operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency while working remotely with minimal onsite requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of company vehicles, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations
- Coordinate procurement of office, laboratory, and IT equipment while evaluating suppliers for cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Act as a central point of contact for employees and vendors, handling contract administration and monitoring fleet usage
Required qualifications
- Certified Fleet Manager (DEKRA, T V, or equivalent)
- Solid experience in administration, fleet management, or operations
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and procurement processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and business systems (e.g., Concur, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluent in German and good English (written and spoken)
