Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Appraiser to engage in valuation assignments and provide consulting services for commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data collection and market research for property valuation
• Analyze complex scenarios and develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models
• Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified General Appraiser license
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
