Key Responsibilities

• Engage in valuation assignments and determine appropriate methodologies for property valuation
• Conduct data collection, market research, and analyze revenue and expense performance
• Develop cash flows and provide mentorship to less experienced professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified General Appraiser license
• 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate
• Mastery of MS Office Suite
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
