Certified General Appraiser

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Certified General Appraiser will engage in commercial real estate valuation assignments, perform market research, analyze financial performance, and develop cash flow models while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data collection and market research for commercial real estate valuation
• Analyze complex scenarios to determine highest and best use and develop opinions of value
• Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships to develop new business

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Certified General Appraiser license
• 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
