Job Summary
To engage in valuation assignments, the full-time Certified General Appraiser will collect data, analyze market conditions, and develop cash flow models while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data collection and market research for commercial real estate valuation projects
- Analyze complex scenarios related to highest and best use, revenue, and expense performance
- Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships to develop new business
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified General Appraiser license
- 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
