Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Certified General Appraiser will engage in commercial real estate valuation assignments, conduct market research, and analyze financial performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data collection and market research to support valuation assignments
- Analyze complex highest and best use scenarios and develop cash flow models
- Mentor less experienced professionals and manage client relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified General Appraiser license
- 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL is a plus
