Job Summary

To provide client-centered group coaching services remotely, the part-time Certified Group Coach will support individuals in areas such as life purpose, motivation, and interpersonal relationships while managing their own schedule and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver group coaching sessions focused on self-worth, communication, and personal development
• Manage a self-determined schedule, including client rescheduling and documentation of services
• Engage authentically with clients, fostering a supportive and respectful coaching environment

Required qualifications

• Valid Coaching Certification from an accredited body (e.g., ICF, NBHWC)
• Experience in mental health or life coaching in a group setting
• Strong organizational skills for managing client schedules and documentation
• Ability to maintain professionalism and calmness in diverse situations
• Tech-savvy with effective communication skills, both written and verbal
