- Creating and providing customized resources for coachees and school districts
- Collaborating with e2L coaches and team leads for planning and professional development

- Current or former teachers, instructional coaches, or educational leaders with relevant experience
- Strong understanding of best practices and systems thinking in education
- Ability to travel nationally, including overnight stays
- Familiarity with coaching models and educational frameworks
