Certified Health and Wellness Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Wellness Coach to work remotely and support the Military OneSource mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group Health and Wellness coaching sessions to promote optimal health and fitness
• Develop personalized wellness plans based on clients' values, goals, and needs
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing techniques to help clients overcome barriers to their wellness goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nutrition, or Personal Training/Fitness
• Current certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from an NBHWC-approved program
• Knowledge and understanding of military lifestyle and culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic documentation systems
• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
