Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and enroll participants in health programs through telephonic communication
• Provide individualized coaching to promote behavior change and improve health outcomes
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary care team and track member progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or 2+ years of health coaching experience
• 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in customer service
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes
• Hard-wired internet connection is necessary as WIFI is not permitted
