Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to support program participants in behavior change
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and track member progress
• Participate in meetings to provide updates and insights on member interactions and program efficacy

Required Qualifications and Education

• Completed training from a NBHWC certified training program required
• Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and adapt to schedule changes as needed
