Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Assist members with health concerns, including weight management and lifestyle changes
Provide quality coaching programs through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Engage members in healthy lifestyle changes and conduct individual coaching assessments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant health field (e.g., Health Education, Nutrition, Nursing)
Health Coaching certificate from an approved ICHWC organization preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Health Coach/Exercise Physiologist in an outpatient setting
Prior work-site health experience
Experience utilizing electronic health record systems
