Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Health Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to support members in achieving health goals
• Coordinate with a multi-disciplinary care team to deliver services and track member progress
• Adhere to scheduled caseloads and participate in meetings for updates and insights

Required Qualifications

• Completed training from a NBHWC certified training program required
• Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required
• Experience with using chat for coaching sessions is a plus
• Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes as needed
