Certified Health Coach

Job Summary

To support a multi-disciplinary care team, the full-time Certified Health Coach will engage with members through structured telephonic outreach, providing personalized coaching to promote healthier behaviors and reduce risk factors, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to inform and support program participants in achieving their health goals
• Coordinate care delivery with other team members and track member progress to ensure effective program outcomes
• Participate in regular meetings to provide updates and insights on member interactions and program efficacy

Required qualifications

• Completed training from an NBHWC certified training program is required
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as Psychology, Nutrition, or Exercise Science is required
• Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a plus
• Experience with using chat for coaching sessions is preferred
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office is necessary
