Certified Health Coach

Job Summary

Dedicated to fostering accountability, the part-time Certified Health Coach will provide exceptional care to members by guiding them in improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health while managing administrative tasks and member inquiries remotely during the shift hours of 10am-3pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey, strategically setting goals
• Engage and retain members by establishing strong rapport and delivering compassionate, solution-focused service
• Ensure quality member experiences across all communication channels while adhering to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience required
• A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1 year plus a coaching certification (NBHWC preferred)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively
