Certified Health Coach

Job Summary

Providing one-on-one virtual coaching, the full-time Certified Health Coach will support members in their health journeys, optimize engagement through skill-building and behavior change, and manage member expectations while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a human touch to the digital recovery experience for members
• Support members' journeys by reinforcing skill-building and behavior change
• Monitor member pathway dashboard and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• Current NBC-HWC designation and a minimum of 1 year of experience as a health coach
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
• Experience with behavior change or chronic disease management preferred
• Knowledge of integrative, science- and evidence-based coaching techniques
• Commitment to maintaining certification and continuing education requirements
