Certified Health Coach

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Certified Health Coach will engage with members through structured telephonic outreach, providing personalized coaching to support behavior change and improve health outcomes while adhering to established workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage participants, provide coaching, and follow up with enrolled members
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and track member progress to ensure successful outcomes
• Participate in meetings to present insights and updates on member interactions and program efficacy

Required qualifications:

• Completion of training from a NBHWC certified training program is required
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as Psychology, Nutrition, or Exercise Science is required
• Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a plus
• Experience with chat-based coaching sessions is preferred
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office is necessary
