Certified Health Coach

Job Summary

To support members in achieving their health goals, the part-time Certified Health Coach will guide individuals in improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health while providing exceptional member experiences and addressing inquiries remotely during scheduled shifts from 1pm-6pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey, setting strategic goals aligned with the program
• Engage and retain members by building rapport, demonstrating empathy, and delivering compassionate service across various communication channels
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of member interactions and escalate concerns to leadership as needed while ensuring adherence to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1 year plus a coaching certification (NBHWC preferred)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Strong computer skills and ability to work remotely for extended periods
