Certified Health Coach
Job Summary
To support a growing health coaching initiative, the part-time Certified Health Coach will guide members in improving their relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health while working remotely from 10am-3pm PST, focusing on goal-setting and accountability to foster sustainable habits.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey, strategically setting goals
- Engage and retain members by establishing strong rapport and delivering compassionate, solution-focused service
- Ensure quality member experiences across all communication channels while adhering to guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional work experience required
- A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1 year plus a coaching certification (NBHWC preferred)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
