Certified Health Coach

Job Summary

To support a growing health initiative, the full-time Certified Health Coach will engage with members through structured outreach, providing coaching and motivation to help them achieve health goals while working remotely and adhering to a flexible schedule that includes evening shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct engagement and coaching calls to inform and support program participants in behavior change
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective communication and service provision
• Document member interactions and track progress to evaluate the efficacy of the coaching program

Required qualifications:

• Completed training from a NBHWC certified training program is required
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field such as Psychology, Nutrition, or Exercise Science is required
• Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a plus
• Experience with telephonic coaching and using chat for sessions is preferred
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office is necessary
