- Answer patient inquiries promptly and efficiently to maximize satisfaction
- Assist with developing and improving customer experience infrastructure and processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
- Certified health coach certification or relevant education/experience in health and wellness
- Education or professional experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in the anti-aging/longevity movement
