Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Coach in the PST time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members to identify needs and assist with benefit navigation and health information
• Educate members on plan benefits and provide resources for healthcare decision support
• Screen for high-risk situations and refer members to appropriate resources

Required Qualifications

• Certified Health Coach
• 2+ years of clinical experience in acute care, corporate wellness, or digital coaching
• Experience with Motivational Interviewing
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Reside in the PST time zone to support an 8:00 am - 5:00 pm member base
