Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and educate customers on longevity products and services
  • Respond to patient inquiries across various channels to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to address patient needs and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
  • Certified health coach certification or relevant experience in health coaching
  • Education or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work between 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
