Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support and educate customers on longevity products and services
- Respond to patient inquiries across various channels to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with clinical teams to address patient needs and improve customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role
- Certified health coach certification or relevant experience in health coaching
- Education or professional experience in health, wellness, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work between 11am and 8pm EST, Monday through Friday
