Job Summary

To support a dynamic scheduling environment, the full-time Enterprise Scheduling Specialist will accurately schedule tests and procedures across multiple departments while working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedules testing and procedures for various departments to ensure efficient patient flow
• Performs medical necessity checks for patients with Medicare to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Communicates effectively with patients and scheduling staff to minimize appointment errors

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of related experience
• Call center and/or healthcare experience preferred
• CHAA - Certified Healthcare Access Associate preferred
• General knowledge of medical terminology preferred
