Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Pre-Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees pre-registration department activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of scheduled services
• Coaches staff to ensure compliance with policies and fosters long-term customer relationships
• Conducts performance reviews and delegates work while promoting a respectful and accountable work environment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Five years' medical practice or healthcare call center work experience: Preferred
• Medical terminology experience: Preferred
• Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR): Preferred
