Job Summary

Certified Home Health Coder, seeking a per diem professional to accurately review clinical documentation, assign ICD-10 codes, and review OASIS assessment items, requiring independent work in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate review of patient records at OASIS timepoints including SOC, ROC, Recert, Transfer & Discharge
• Communicate directly with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Maintain professional knowledge through continuing education and participate in monthly meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and medical terminology is required
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace is strongly preferred
