Job Summary

Certified Home Health Coder, this remote position is a per diem role responsible for the accurate review of clinical documentation and OASIS assessments while requiring a minimum of 20 hours of work availability per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records at OASIS timepoints including SOC, ROC, Recert, Transfer & Discharge
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as necessary
• Participate in monthly internal or external agency meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• Minimum of 5 years recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and medical terminology is essential
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace is strongly preferred
