Certified Home Health Coding Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Coding & OASIS Reviewer to join their Healthcare group.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patient records accurately at OASIS timepoints and provide coding for hospice assessments
• Communicate with internal and agency clinical staff as needed
• Participate in monthly internal or external agency meetings and maintain required certifications through ongoing education

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Home Health Coding is required
• Certification in OASIS is required
• A minimum of 5 years of recent coding and OASIS review experience
• Knowledge of clinical coding, documentation review, and compliance guidelines is required
• Experience with Epic Hyperspace is strongly preferred
