Certified Hospital Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hospital Compliance Auditor to conduct audits and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a comprehensive systemwide annual audit plan focused on high-risk areas
• Plan and perform audits related to compliance, revenue cycle, charge capture, and claims accuracy
• Analyze billing and coding practices, report compliance issues, and make recommendations for corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 3 additional years of experience may substitute for education
• Seven (7) years of auditing and coding experience
• Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or equivalent recognized coding certification required
