Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Hospital Multispecialty E/M Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate coding for hospital inpatient and outpatient professional services using ICD-10-CM, CPT, Modifiers, and HCPCS Level II codes
• Resolve coding-related edits for various hospital settings including Emergency Departments, Observations, and Medical Offices
• Maintain a quality coding score of 95% or greater while coding multispecialty cases

Required Qualifications

• AAPC CPC or AHIMA CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certification required
• Minimum of three years' experience with pro-fee hospital coding, including both inpatient and outpatient
• Experience with EPIC software
• Ability to work remotely and complete hours between 6 AM PST and 6 PM PST
• Must pass a pro-fee coding assessment
