Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Specialist to provide coding services for multiple specialties and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide various components of coding services to support clients
• Perform accurate analysis of medical records for appropriate coding assignments
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while communicating professionally with clients

Required Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P), with a preference for CCS
• Minimum of 2 years of coding experience required
• Advanced working knowledge of EMR and billing systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Must maintain ongoing productivity and quality scores of 95% or higher
