Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage inpatient coding operations and staff
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and regulations
• Conduct coder audits and provide education and training to coding staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• 6 years of medical coding experience
• Current certification as RHIA, RHIT, or CCS by AHIMA
• Strong background in outpatient coding at a senior level
• Must maintain credentials throughout employment
