Certified Instructor Faculty Lead

Job Summary

To enhance academic programs, the full-time remote Certified Instructor Faculty Lead will deliver high-quality instruction, support student success, and contribute to faculty training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead instruction for live cohorts and B2B projects while ensuring quality assurance and monitoring custom cohorts
• Serve as a substitute instructor, resolve student complaints, and support ADA accommodations as needed
• Create and deliver onboarding and ongoing training materials for new adjunct faculty, while reviewing and updating course materials

Required qualifications

• Current and valid AAPC Instructor certification, plus core certifications (e.g., CPC, CPMA, COC)
• Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education
• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading, mentoring, or evaluating instructors or faculty preferred
